thulir PEB steel constructions

Pre Engineered Buildings (PEB) is the buildings which are engineered at a factory and assembled at proposed a site. Usually PEBs are steel structures made up of Built-up sections, Buitup sections are fabricated at factory by welding steel plates together to form the I section and then built together to create the main structure of the building and assembled at site with bolted connections. This type of structure doesn’t require a site welding. Hence, quicker to construct the building.

Conventional Hot Rolled PEB system

Compared to the Conventional Hot Rolled PEB system is highly efficient because of its design. PEB Building beams are made of tapered built-up sections with Bolted connections and secondary members are cold-formed structures designed with recognized software as per the Indian and international code standards. This leads to a significant reduction in steel usage and also dead load to the foundation. Compared to Hot rolled sections no site welding is required in the work area. Due to this quality no doubt in the quality of the welding

PEB System

Absolutely No. This also the main advantage of the PEB system. We can able Design a building to any size without middle columns or increase the column spacing as required.

PEB systems

Normally PEB systems are predetermined. If any future requirements like extending the bays or adding an EOT crane etc., we need to consider it an initial stage while designing. However, in case a client requires building modification at the time of construction we can make a change as per the design basics with additional cost
